Peppermint Porter Brew Day

Today is the glorious day in which we brew the peppermint porter. We have a typical winter day here in Fremont, rainy and about 50 degrees.

We tweaked the recipe a bit due to the ingredients we had on hand. We are pretty much the MacGuyver's of brew days. Hopefully it turns out good. Dean is currently getting the sparge ready and has a huge sh*t eating grin on his face.
