We're currently plowing through our second iteration of the Ctrl-Alt-Del. We are using a new hopping technique that makes this beer amazingly refreshing. The pumpkin ale was taken off the yeast and racked into secondary conditioning last weekend and will be put on CO2 soon. By the warm/uncarbonated tasting session we held while testing the gravity, all signs point to this being the best pumpkin iteration yet.
