We take a brilliant brown ale base and jack it up with some extra specialty malts to sweeten things up a bit. We also add in sweet pumpkins 4 different times throughout the process, in addition we also add a melody of seasonal spices for good measure. The result is a pumpkin ale that isn't over the top, one that you can drink a few of and not feel like you just won a pumpkin pie eating contest.
