Our porter is made with a crapload of grain. However the large grain bill and high IBU rating are surprisingly mellow when you let this nectar hit your tongue. It almost floats across your tongue without stopping to say hello. If you feel slighted, don’t worry my friend, there’s still another sip left in the glass who will say hey.
Since our grain mill is operated by hand, it is usually best to have someone over who is wide eyed and bushy tailed about our beer and wants to know how beer is made. We are accepting applications for more friends who possess such traits, inquire within.
