No seriously, this beer is no joke. We are expecting the police department’s drug sniffing dog to find our stash of hops for this beer at some point in the future. This beer doesn’t kill you on the bitter bite like so many IPA’s can do. The bitterness and alcohol battle each other on top of the malty stage, but both are taken down by the hoppy freshness.
