About The Brewery
510 Brewing is a craft brewery startup based out of Fremont, CA. As it stands right now, we're looking at having two year round beers while sprinkling in a few seasonals here and there for good measure.
Our current setup (see image to the left) is on a custom built 10 gallon setup. This has allowed us to have tons of control over the recipes we make. Each recipe has transformed over the past 4 years into something that is both unique and delicious.
We are close to locking down a public facing location to be able to not only brew out of, but to also sell, serve, and distribute our beer out of. Look for something on the books in early 2012.

Why 510? - 510 not only is our area code, it signifies the beginning of our favorite time of day...happy hour!
What started all of this? - While running an online video blog about craft beer, we wanted to know what really went into beer. Pre-made extract kits over the years have expanded into custom built mutli-tiered brewing systems which implement the same procedures typically seen at production breweries.
How big is the system? - 1/3 BBL custom built two-tier brewing sculpture.
Where can I buy your beer? - Hold your horses there bucko, we're still waiting for the man to give us the thumbs up.

Business/Numbers/Science Guy
Science geek at heart, Travis is the guy who has sat down and studied the actual science of beer. Being a software engineer by trade, he likes to tear things down to know how things work. He also sidelines as an assistant brewer at a local brewpub. A second generation zymologist, Trav's dad is a successful winemaker up in Washington state.

Social Butterfly/Taster Extraordinaire
Dean is the guy who will talk to anyone and everyone when we're out and about. Any given night you can probably find him at one of the local craft beer hot spots, unless a Sharks game is on. Nine times out of ten, if you mention a beer, he already tried it.
Sam 'Xon' Cisneros - email
Graphics/Operations/Ninja
Sam likes to be behind the scenes, even dating back to our Suds or Duds days he was behind the camera (zoom 'er in Xon!). In addition to being the mad genius behind all of our graphics, Xon also custom prints all of our brewery shirts himself. He is also pretty handy with a wrench when we need to fix our equipment.
